Feng Shou means Hand of the Wind
Our style isn’t based on brute strength or aggression so it’s ideal for men or women of any ability. Students learn to combine traditional techniques like punching, kicking and blocking with ‘close range’ techniques like locking, throwing and holds. This makes it an incredibly versatile and effective system which we teach based on three key principles;
- Technique & Intent: Understanding what you’re learning, how and when it could be applied
- Balance & Focus: Controlling the execution of the technique whilst maintaining full awareness.
- Power & Coordination: Using minimal physical effort to generate the appropriate amount of force.
